Role Overview :

As a Copilot AI Engineer, you will spearhead the design and deployment of advanced generative AI solutions tailored to enhance enterprise productivity. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-impact, agentic AI workflows.

Your daily focus will involve architecting intelligent systems that augment human capabilities, ensuring that our AI implementations are not only technically sound but also drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Copilot solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise platforms to automate complex workflows.

- Develop and refine agentic AI frameworks that enable autonomous decision-making and task execution to improve business process throughput.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize Large Language Model (LLM) performance, ensuring low-latency responses and high-accuracy outputs for end-users.

- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge Generative AI tools and frameworks to maintain the company's position at the forefront of technological innovation.

- Establish robust monitoring and evaluation protocols to ensure the reliability, security, and ethical compliance of AI-driven interactions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying Generative AI models and Copilot-based architectures within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems that interact with diverse APIs and data sources to perform multi-step tasks.

- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks, coupled with a deep understanding of LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering techniques.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence senior leadership.

- A collaborative mindset, capable of leading technical discussions and mentoring junior engineers in an on-site work environment in Gurugram.

- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field, supported by 10 - 14 years of relevant industry experience.
