Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Conversational AI Engineer with 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade chatbot and voicebot solutions on the Google Cloud Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Google Dialogflow CX, Gemini for Enterprise, Contact Center AI (CCAI), Looker Studio, Node.js, BigQuery, and SQL, with the ability to build intelligent, scalable, and data-driven conversational experiences. Experience with Generative AI technologies and cloud-native application development will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX and Google Contact Center AI (CCAI).

- Build and optimize intelligent chatbot and voicebot applications powered by Gemini Enterprise and other Generative AI capabilities.

- Develop backend integrations and APIs using Node.js and integrate conversational platforms with enterprise applications.

- Analyze conversation data and business metrics using BigQuery, SQL, and Looker Studio to generate actionable insights.

- Integrate conversational AI solutions with cloud services and external APIs to deliver seamless customer experiences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to design scalable AI solutions.

- Monitor chatbot performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously optimize conversation flows and user experience.

- Implement best practices for conversational design, security, scalability, and performance on Google Cloud.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment guides.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Google Cloud AI, Generative AI, and conversational technologies.

Required Skills :

- 4-6 years of experience in Conversational AI, chatbot, or voicebot development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX.

- Experience implementing Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) and Gemini Enterprise solutions.

- Proficiency in Node.js for backend development and API integrations.

- Strong knowledge of BigQuery, SQL, and data analysis.

- Experience building dashboards and reports using Looker Studio.

- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

- Google Cloud certification (Professional or Associate level) is highly preferred.

- Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with enterprise conversational agents and digital customer engagement platforms.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

- Knowledge of AWS and multi-cloud environments.

- Experience with Python for AI/ML development and automation.

- Exposure to chatbot and voicebot solution architecture.

- Experience working in the Life Sciences or Healthcare domain.

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI integrations.
