About the Role:

We are looking for a Conversational AI Designer / Engineer to help build and optimize highly human-like AI voice agents for BFSI and enterprise use cases. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP, Voice AI and Conversation Design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop conversational flows and dialogue strategies for AI voice agents.

- Create, test and optimize LLM prompts to improve accuracy, relevance, consistency and naturalness.

- Design conversation logic for different user intents, scenarios and edge cases.

- Analyze AI-generated responses and conversation transcripts to identify hallucinations, incorrect intent handling, context loss and guideline violations.

- Conduct prompt testing, experimentation and A/B testing to improve AI performance.

- Build and use evaluation frameworks to measure conversational AI quality and identify areas for improvement.

- Analyze user feedback, conversation data and performance metrics to continuously refine AI agents.

- Collaborate closely with AI/ML Engineers, AI Researchers and Product Managers to improve conversational AI systems.

- Document prompt engineering techniques, conversational design patterns and best practices.

- Stay updated with developments in LLMs, Generative AI, NLP and Conversational AI.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering.

- Knowledge of Conversational AI and Conversation Design.

- Understanding of NLP/NLU, intent recognition and contextual conversations.

- Experience with or strong understanding of AI agents, chatbots or voice AI.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to experiment, analyze results and iterate quickly.

- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, NLP, Computational Linguistics, English, Journalism, Communication or a related field.
