JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Review existing GIS data/data models and perform data assessment, identify data gaps and quality issues.

- Awareness of industry standard ESRI GIS models including UN models and other domain specific models (transportation, environment etc.).

- Be able to define the target GIS data model and mapping between existing GIS to target GIS.

- Analyze the measures needed to fill data gaps and suggest methods to resolve them.

- Define and lead data migration, coordinate and identify data migration automation opportunities (including COTS toolboxes), identify data validation and data acceptance criterias, methods.

- Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and define functional requirements.

- Build software requirements specification for the functional requirements identified.

- Coordinate with development and testing team during portal sprint reviews and validate alignment with the client's requirements.

- Lead and achieve acceptance, closure of data model, data migration, functional requirements, UAT with client.

- Support presales team for proposal writeup, estimations, case study preparation.

Mandatory :

- Esri Utility Network, ArcGIS Pro.

Good to have :

- ArcPy, FME, ArcFM.
