Comprinno - Lead .Net Developer

As a Lead .NET Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the migration of applications from .NET Framework to .NET 8.
You will lead a team of developers, ensuring successful project execution while maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth dependency analysis to identify and mitigate migration risks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and gather requirements.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

- Perform code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Optimize application performance and scalability.

- Stay updated on latest .NET technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

- 58 years of hands-on experience in .NET development (Framework and .NET Core/8).

- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.

- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
