Position Overview :

We are seeking a Product Lead with strong experience in SaaS product development, AI-driven product innovation, and client engagement. The candidate will take ownership of an existing .NET-based product, drive product modernization, identify AI opportunities, and work closely with customers and internal teams to enhance product value, user experience, and market adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.

- Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders and translate them into actionable product enhancements.

- Lead product modernization initiatives and improve existing workflows.

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Automation within the product.

- Define AI use cases such as intelligent search, chatbot/assistant capabilities, predictive analytics, recommendation engines, document processing, workflow automation, and reporting insights.

- Work closely with engineering teams to design, validate, and launch AI-powered features.

- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product growth opportunities.

- Support product demonstrations, pre-sales activities, and go-to-market initiatives.

- Track product KPIs and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills :

- 5 to 7 years Experience managing SaaS or enterprise software products.

- Proven experience working on AI-enabled products or digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), AI Agents, Automation Platforms, and Machine Learning concepts.

- Ability to identify business problems and convert them into AI-powered product solutions.

- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and modern software architectures.

- Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Familiarity with .NET-based application ecosystems is preferred.
