Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Collibra Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise data governance solutions using the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Collibra development, workflows, integrations, data governance, and metadata management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Collibra Data Governance solutions based on business requirements.

- Configure Collibra domains, communities, assets, attributes, relations, responsibilities, and data governance workflows.

- Develop and customize Collibra workflows using BPMN to automate governance processes.

- Configure and manage Collibra Operating Model, data catalog, business glossary, and data governance frameworks.

- Develop integrations between Collibra and enterprise data platforms, applications, and metadata sources.

- Work with Collibra APIs, REST APIs, and integration frameworks to support automated data exchange and metadata ingestion.

- Implement and maintain metadata management, lineage, classification, and data quality processes.

- Collaborate with data governance teams, data stewards, data owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Develop custom scripts and automation where required to improve governance processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, metadata ingestion, and platform configuration.

- Support Collibra upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support.

- Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, workflow specifications, and integration documentation.

- Ensure Collibra implementations follow enterprise data governance, security, and architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience as a Collibra Developer - Collibra Technical Consultant.

- Experience with Collibra Data Intelligence Platform and its core components.

- Strong knowledge of Collibra Data Catalog, Business Glossary, Data Governance, and Metadata Management.

- Hands-on experience developing and configuring Collibra workflows using BPMN.

- Experience with Collibra REST APIs and integrations.

- Strong understanding of data governance concepts, data ownership, stewardship, and governance operating models.

- Experience with metadata management, data lineage, data classification, and data quality.

- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Experience with scripting/programming languages such as Java, Groovy, or Python is preferred.

- Experience working with enterprise data platforms and metadata sources.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
