Cognizant - Manager - CIAM Platform/Architecture

Job Description :

Looking for CIAM Platform / Architecture experience resource who can guide the existing CIAM team on architecture, design and implementation standpoint - Overall Lead for CIAM team.

Candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining ForgeRock Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Specific responsibilities :

- Well versed in CIAM platform Architecture and should be able to Lead/guide FG/CIAM teams on architecture, design and implementation stand point

- Design, develop and implement ForgeRock Identity and Access Management solutions based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather requirements, define IAM policies and design authentication and authorization workflows.

- Document design decisions, configurations and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure comprehensive system documentation.

Requirement :

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Strong understanding of Identity Access Management concepts, protocols and standards.

- Familiarity with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as multi-factor authentication, single sign-on and identity federation.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders at all levels of organization.

- Certification in ForgeRock Identity Platform (ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Professional, ForgeRock Certified Access Management Professional) preferred
