Cogniter Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer (.NET) with extensive experience in managing end-to-end .NET projects.

The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, project leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to deliver robust, scalable, and high-quality business solutions. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of .NET applications, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Manage and execute end-to-end project delivery while maintaining alignment with client requirements and business goals.

- Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert technical guidance and solutions.

- Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and related Microsoft technologies.

- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, including writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and functions.

- Ensure code quality through rigorous unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

- Work within Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

- Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.

- Identify and troubleshoot issues, applying problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges promptly.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to .NET development.

Key Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 6 years of professional experience working on .NET projects, with proven expertise in full software development lifecycle management.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and SQL Server.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 is a plus.

- Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and Web API development.

Project Management :

- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage client relationships effectively.

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

Soft Skills :
