About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with experience in designing, implementing, and managing collaboration and automation tools within Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power BI, and be able to build scalable workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions that enhance business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Power Automate :

- Design, develop, and implement cloud and desktop flows to automate business processes.

- Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other enterprise systems.

- Develop multi-stage approval workflows and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

- Manage and support collaboration tools to ensure smooth operation and adoption across the organization.

Power BI :

- Develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

- Transform business requirements into actionable insights through data visualization and analytics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver interactive and user-friendly reports.

Collaboration Tools Administration :

- Administer and manage Microsoft collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365 Groups.

- Ensure proper governance, permissions, and usage standards across collaboration platforms.

Qualifications & Experience :

Required :

- 4+ years of experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

- Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).

- Experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

- Knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, and Office 365 Groups administration.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Good to Have / Preferred Certifications :

- Power BI Development experience with advanced visualization skills.

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Fundamentals

- Microsoft Certified : Power Automate RPA Developer Associate

- Microsoft Certified : Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)

- Microsoft 365 Certified : Teams Administrator Associate
