Position : Technical Lead

Location : Hyderabad / Hybrid

About The Role :

- Lead end-to-end feature development : from ideation, technical design, implementation, testing, to release.

- Drive engineering best practicesclean code, scalable design, thorough testing, and efficient CI/CD pipelines.

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, especially in Java-based product development.

- Deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

- Strong experience in building customer-facing, scalable products with high availability.

- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as Angular or React to work with full-stack teams.

- Solid experience with SQL databases and ORM technologies like Hibernate or JPA.

- Experience integrating message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) for event-driven systems.

- Proven experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound architectural decisions.

- Strong communication skills with a passion for mentoring and collaboration.

Nice To Have :

- Experience in NoSQL systems like MongoDB, Cassandra, or similar.

- Hands-on experience with performance tuning, profiling, and monitoring tools.

- Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Prior experience working on SaaS, B2B, or B2C products at scale.
