Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Product Owner / Manager with a strong background in tour operations to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe, and will be responsible for driving product development and operational excellence within our organization.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimizing operational processes.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for tour operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements and prioritize features.

- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product objectives.

- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) to manage product backlogs, facilitate sprint planning, and conduct regular reviews and retrospectives.

- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and drive continuous improvement.

- Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in tour operations.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical environment, specifically within the tour operator or travel industry.

- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
