About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, LangChain, and LangGraph. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building intelligent AI solutions using advanced prompt engineering, autonomous agents, vector databases, and modern AI orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.

- Build conversational AI assistants, copilots, chatbots, and knowledge management solutions.

- Fine-tune and optimize LLM-based applications for business use cases.

- Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve model responses.

- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.

- Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, and task execution.

Agentic AI Workflows :

- Build workflows using LangGraph and LangChain Agents.

- Develop multi-Agent collaboration systems for complex problem-solving.

- Design scalable AI architectures on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Optimize latency, token usage, model performance, and operational costs.

- Implement AI governance, security, and compliance best practices.

- Build monitoring and observability for AI applications.

- Develop REST APIs and microservices for AI applications.

- Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and third-party systems.
