Coforge - Data Architect

Job Description :

Coforge is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in Oracle EBS to Workday transformation programs, particularly within Workday Finance implementations.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, Workday Financial Data Model (FDM), data migration strategies, integrations, and large-scale ERP transformation programs. The role requires strong functional understanding of finance processes along with hands-on experience in architecture, design, implementation, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Oracle EBS to Workday Finance transformation initiatives.

- Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions for Workday Finance implementations.

- Drive EBS to Workday data mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.

- Design and manage Workday FDM (Financial Data Model) architecture aligned with business requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and implementation partners to define data strategies and governance models.

- Lead architecture, design, and implementation phases for ERP transformation projects.

- Develop and manage Workday integrations across enterprise systems and third-party applications.

- Ensure data quality, data governance, and compliance throughout transformation programs.

- Support financial process transformation and optimization initiatives.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, IT, Integration, and Reporting teams.

- Drive solution architecture discussions, technical reviews, and best practices across implementations.

- Identify risks, dependencies, and data-related challenges while ensuring timely resolution.

- Hands-on experience in Oracle EBS to Workday data mapping and migration.

- Strong expertise in Workday FDM (Financial Data Model) design.

- Proven experience across architecture, solution design, and implementation phases.

- Strong expertise in Workday Integrations and enterprise data flows.
