Coforge - AI Developer - Python/LLM

Job Summary :

We are looking for an AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python programming, machine learning, Generative AI, and integrating AI models into scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and AI-powered applications.

- Build and integrate Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Develop applications using Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.

- Work with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

- Build REST APIs and integrate AI capabilities into existing applications.

- Process, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data for AI applications.

- Implement model evaluation, performance monitoring, and optimization techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, security, and deployment.

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing solutions.

Required Skills :

- 3-7 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or a related field.

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

- Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.

- Experience integrating AI models through APIs and developing RESTful services.

- Familiarity with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

- Understanding of model evaluation, deployment, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.

- Exposure to AI agents and multi-step AI workflows.

- Knowledge of vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices.

- Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and model security.

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
