Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled engineer with strong hands-on experience in Windows Server, VMware virtualization, and Azure Cloud to manage and support global hybrid infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide support during US hours and be available for critical outage situations

- Coordinate with OEMs for issue resolution and support

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers

- Manage VMware environments (VM provisioning, snapshots, cloning, optimization)

- Handle cluster operations : vMotion, DRS, HA, datastore management

- Deploy and manage Azure services (VMs, VNets, NSGs, storage, load balancers)

- Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting

- Ensure patching, security, backup, and disaster recovery readiness

- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, WSUS, File & Print Servers

- Troubleshoot OS issues, performance bottlenecks, and security concerns

- Manage Azure AD, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery (ASR), monitoring tools

- Implement hybrid solutions (Azure Arc, Azure AD Connect)

- Ensure cloud security and compliance best practices

- Manage connectivity between on-premises and Azure environments

- Work with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, SCOM, Nagios, etc.)

- Provide L2/L3 support for escalations and perform root cause analysis

- Implement IAM practices, MFA, conditional access, and encryption policies

- Apply server security baselines (CIS/NIST preferred)

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server & Active Directory

- Expertise in VMware (vSphere / ESXi / vCenter)

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS)

- PowerShell scripting experience

- Understanding of backup, DR, and clustering solutions

- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

- Experience with SAN/NAS storage systems

- Knowledge of backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, etc.)

- Networking fundamentals : TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, routing, subnets

Preferred Certifications :

- Azure Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-303/305)

- VMware Certification (VCP)

Education : BE / B.Tech or equivalent technical degree

Location : Pune (Work from Office)

Shift : 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (US Support Hours)

Experience : 8- 10 Years
