Job Summary :

CODVO.AI is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise Data Engineering and AI transformation programs within the CTO organization.

The role involves managing AI-native product and platform initiatives, coordinating multiple engineering workstreams, and ensuring effective delivery through structured planning, governance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the delivery of enterprise Data Engineering and AI programs, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.

- Manage AI-native product features, Agentic AI solutions, and Copilot implementations.

- Drive Agile delivery practices, release planning, sprint governance, and execution tracking.

- Coordinate with CTOs, Product Leaders, and Engineering teams to align priorities and delivery expectations.

- Manage program risks, budgets, resources, dependencies, and change requests.

- Oversee multiple workstreams to maintain delivery timelines, quality, and engineering execution standards.

- Identify delivery challenges and drive timely resolution through collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing delivery insights and driving measurable program outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Project Management.

- At least 5 years of experience managing Data Engineering and AI initiatives.

- Experience working with enterprise CTO organizations and Product Engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in program planning, release management, risk mitigation, budget management, and resource allocation.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to drive execution, manage complex initiatives, and deliver outcomes beyond routine project tracking.

Preferred Qualifications :

- PMP certification.

- Scrum or Agile certifications.
