Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET, C#, and React.js.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product Engineering and Data Engineering, with a focus on Agentic AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Full Stack Development, and Generative AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, and React.js.

- Build robust, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Develop responsive, reusable, and intuitive user interfaces using React.js.

- Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.

- Optimise application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability.

- Drive engineering best practices, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and modern .NET development.

- Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based frontend development.

- Strong experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices.

- Proficiency in SQL Server, database design, and query optimisation.

- Experience with Git, branching strategies, and version control.

- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performing SaaS or enterprise applications.
