Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML engineer in Pune having 6+ years of experience with strong experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.

- Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines, from data preprocessing and model training to deployment and monitoring.

- Develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI for serving ML models.

- Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.

- Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and MLOps best practices for model deployment and lifecycle management.

- Process and analyze large-scale datasets using distributed computing frameworks.

- Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy models for Computer Vision, NLP, or Predictive Analytics use cases.

- Ensure high-quality code, documentation, and adherence to engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in Python programming.

- Hands-on experience with ML/DL libraries including:

1. PyTorch

2. TensorFlow

3. OpenCV

4. Pandas

5. NumPy

- Experience in at least two of the following domains:

1. Computer Vision

2. Natural Language Processing (NLP)

3. Predictive Modeling

- Strong experience developing APIs using FastAPI and REST APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.

- Experience with Big Data technologies such as PySpark, Hadoop, Hive, or Dask.

- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
