- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance backend solutions using Node.js and related technologies.

- Build, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure robustness and efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, plan sprints, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Write and manage batch/cron jobs using Python and Shell scripting to support system automation and data processing.

- Oversee database design and integration using SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch) technologies.

- Ensure smooth cloud deployments and application performance on GCP, AWS, or Azure environments.

- Guide and mentor team members, enforce coding standards, and manage version control through Git and JS-based build tools like Webpack.

- 7+ years of demonstrated ability to develop resilient, high-performance, and scalable code tailored to application usage demands.

- Ability to lead by example with hands-on development while managing project timelines and deliverables.

- Experience in agile methodologies and practices, including sprint planning and execution, to drive team performance and project success.

- Deep expertise in Node.js, with experience in building and maintaining complex, production-grade RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Experience writing batch/cron jobs using Python and Shell scripting.

- Experience in web application development using JavaScript and JavaScript libraries.

- Have a basic understanding of Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON and REST based applications.

- Experience/Familiarity with RDBMS and NoSQL Database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch and other similar databases.

- Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.

- Understanding of building applications deployed on the cloud using Google cloud platform(GCP)or Amazon Web Services (AWS)

- Experienced in JS-based build/Package tools like Grunt, Gulp, Bower, Webpack.
