Job Description:

We are hiring Okta Engineers and Senior Okta IGA/IAM Engineers to strengthen our Identity & Access Management (IAM) practice. These roles involve advanced IAM operations, workflow automation, custom connector development, and enterprise integrations. Senior Engineers will additionally lead solution delivery, mentor junior engineers, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and IAM best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage advanced identity operations, lifecycle management, and onboarding

- Configure and enforce IAM policies, RBAC, and Segregation of Duties (SoD)

- Design and implement Okta workflows, connectors, and integrations

- Perform SSO, provisioning, and federation integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM)

- Conduct compliance checks, audits, and access certification campaigns

- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors

- Automate repetitive IAM tasks for efficiency and governance

- Senior role: Lead technical design, develop reusable automation, build custom connectors (Java/Python/SDKs), mentor engineers, and drive CI/CD deployment quality

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Okta Identity Cloud, IGA, IAM, PAM solutions

- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, custom connectors, and policy enforcement

- Knowledge of governance, compliance, and audit frameworks

- Incident/problem management and cross-functional collaboration

- Senior role: Okta Workflows, custom connector development, federation concepts, CI/CD practices

Good to Have:

- Exposure to advanced authentication mechanisms, Terraform, Event/Inline Hooks

- Familiarity with governance workflows (Access Requests, Certifications, Resource Catalogs)

- Strong communication, documentation, and mentoring skills
