Job Description:

Cloud Raptor is seeking an IAM/AI Engineer with strong expertise in automation, AI/ML, and agentic workflows to deliver secure, intelligent identity and access management solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Build automation, workflows, and integrations (APIs, scripts, connectors).

- Design AI-driven IAM workflows for access requests, JML exceptions, certifications, and policy enforcement.

- Perform intelligent access and risk analysis using AI to detect anomalies and highlight high-risk patterns.

- Integrate AI agents with IAM tools, PAM platforms, and ServiceNow.

- Implement human-in-the-loop governance for sensitive IAM/PAM/NHI decisions.

- Continuously optimize workflows based on audits, incidents, and feedback.

- Ensure AI workflows meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.

Requirements:

- 5 - 7 years of experience in IAM/AI engineering.

- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, copilots, or agentic systems.

- Strong skills in automation, workflows, and integrations.

- Experience with IAM, PAM and ITSM integration.

- Knowledge of AI security, compliance, and data governance.

- B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent degree.
