Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Security Lead to define, build, and govern cloud security architecture across public cloud and hybrid environments.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing cloud infrastructure, applications, data, and identities while enabling secure cloud adoption aligned with enterprise risk, compliance, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive cloud security architecture and strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Establish cloud security standards, guardrails, and reference architectures.

- Design and implement security controls for:

1. Identity & Access Management (IAM)

2. Network Security

3. Data Protection & Encryption

4. Workload & Container Security

- Lead implementation and optimization of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Cloud Workload Protection solutions.

- Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Application, and SOC teams to implement security by design.

- Ensure cloud environments comply with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct cloud security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Drive continuous improvement of the organization's cloud security posture.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Cloud Security Architecture

- Hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP

- Identity & Access Management (IAM)

- Cloud Network Security

- Data Protection & Encryption

- Cloud Workload & Container Security

- Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM)

- DevSecOps and Cloud Security Best Practices

- Security Governance, Risk & Compliance

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

- Cloud security certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft Azure Security Engineer, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CCSP, CISSP, or equivalent are preferred.
