Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Expert to spearhead Generative AI Solution Architecture on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge AI innovation, designing scalable architectures that leverage LLMs, Vertex AI, and advanced cloud-native technologies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to translate strategic vision into high-impact technical roadmaps. By architecting robust, secure, and efficient AI-driven solutions, you will directly influence our digital transformation journey, ensuring our clients and internal business units remain at the forefront of the generative AI revolution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end Generative AI architectures on GCP to solve complex enterprise problems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

- Lead the technical implementation of LLM-based applications and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to deliver measurable improvements in operational productivity.

- Partner with product managers and business leaders to define technical requirements, ensuring that AI solutions align with long-term organizational objectives.

- Mentor junior architects and engineering teams on cloud-native best practices and AI model deployment strategies to foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and GCP service updates to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous innovation across the cloud ecosystem.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in architecting cloud-native solutions on GCP, with a proven ability to integrate Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Run into production-grade environments.

- Exhibit strong proficiency in designing and deploying Generative AI models, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and managing vector databases.

- Possess exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical architectures to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Demonstrate a collaborative mindset, thriving in a hybrid work environment in Mumbai while coordinating effectively with global teams and distributed stakeholders.

- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, supported by 9 to 12 years of progressive experience in cloud architecture and software engineering.

- Showcase a high degree of adaptability and intellectual curiosity, staying ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape to solve ambiguous business problems.
