Key Responsibilities at this Role :

- Lead end-to-end data mapping and migration across client implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

- Serve as a technical SME for data imports into Salesforce, Propel, and integrated systems.

- Analyze source systems, define data mapping and transformation rules, and execute migrations.

- Develop migration scripts, perform data cleansing, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate with customers and internal teams throughout the migration process.

- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and migration records.

- Contribute to team enablement, process improvements, product feedback, and onboarding initiatives.

Must-Haves for this Role :

- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end data migration, including data mapping, extraction, transformation, validation, and cloud migrations.

- Strong expertise in SQL, databases (SQL Server/Oracle), ETL tools, CSV/Excel, and data quality management.

- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, and familiarity with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3).

- Good understanding of data modeling, application design, and data security during cloud migrations.

- Experience with Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, Data Loader, Bulk APIs) is an advantage.

- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.
