Job Description :

We are seeking a Client Server Analyst with strong application support and development experience. The ideal candidate should have a combination of IT support, software development, database, and cloud data-integration skills, along with experience working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client-server applications.

- Analyze application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.

- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve technical issues.

- Participate in Agile development methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.

- Develop and maintain applications/components using C# / ASP.NET, Java, C/C++.

- Write and optimize complex queries using Advanced SQL.

- Work with Azure Data Factory for data integration and data-processing activities.

- Develop automation and administrative scripts using PowerShell.

- Perform application testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.

- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.

- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-management activities.

- Follow established IT support, security, and development standards.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in IT support, client-server application support, or software development.

- Strong understanding of IT Support Analyst responsibilities and processes.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Strong Advanced SQL skills.

- Hands-on experience with C# / ASP.NET.

- Working knowledge of Java.

- Knowledge of C / C++.

- Experience with PowerShell.

- Experience with Azure Data Factory.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
