ClearTrail Technologies - Module Lead - Java/Python

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and support enterprise data integration using databases such as Solr for search and indexing, and Delta Lake for data lake management.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, data science, and operations to deliver innovative solutions.

- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development and architecture.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for streamlined deployments.

- Contribute to AI-driven feature development by leveraging knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) technologies (preferred).

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, particularly in ML/GenAI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face, to integrate AI models effectively into applications.

- Drive continuous improvement in software quality, scalability, and performance.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying REST APIs in production environments.

- Hands-on experience with Solr for search and indexing, and Delta Lake for managing data lakes.

- Familiarity with Machine Learning and Generative AI concepts and frameworks is a plus.

- Experience leading software development teams and mentoring engineers.

- Strong understanding of version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and team leadership capabilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
