As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the design and deployment of sophisticated AI models, focusing heavily on Large Language Models and retrieval-augmented generation architectures. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software architects, and product stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-impact ML solutions. Your work will directly influence the performance of our core platforms, ensuring that our AI initiatives remain at the cutting edge of industry standards and deliver tangible value to our end users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve complex business problems using state-of-the-art open-source frameworks.

- Execute fine-tuning strategies for Large Language Models to optimize performance for domain-specific tasks and enterprise use cases.

- Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to improve the accuracy and context-awareness of AI-driven applications.

- Optimize model inference and latency to ensure high-availability performance in production environments for our global client base.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python and PyTorch for building, training, and deploying deep learning models at scale.

- Proven ability to implement and refine LLM-based solutions, including fine-tuning techniques and advanced RAG implementations.

- Strong proficiency in leveraging open-source ML libraries and frameworks to accelerate development cycles.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
