Job Description :

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities :

- Manage digital lending platforms, LMS, CRM, mobile applications, and customer portals

- Ensure scalable cloud infrastructure and robust cybersecurity

- Implement comprehensive cyber security frameworks to protect sensitive financial data and ensure compliance with industry-specific mandates.

- Drive the digital transformation of internal processes and client-facing applications to enhance operational agility and user engagement.

- Mentor and scale high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical capabilities with long-term business goals, ensuring a competitive edge in the fintech landscape.

What we're looking for :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in NBFC, fintech, or banking

- Strong exposure to digital lending ecosystems, AWS/Azure/GCP, and RBI/NHB compliance
