About the Role :

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's technology strategy, architecture, engineering excellence, and AI innovation initiatives. This leadership role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, people leadership, and experience building scalable SaaS and AI-driven platforms.

Total Experience : 12 - 20 years

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Strategy & Leadership :

- Define and execute the company's long-term technology vision and roadmap.

- Align technology initiatives with business objectives and product strategy.

- Lead innovation across AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, and cloud technologies.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for competitive advantage.

Engineering & Architecture :

- Oversee the design, development, scalability, and reliability of the Xebo.ai platform.

- Drive architectural decisions for scalable and secure enterprise SaaS applications.

- Ensure high system availability, performance optimization, and platform security.

- Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes.

- Lead cloud infrastructure strategy, DevOps, CI/CD, and platform modernization initiatives.

AI & Product Innovation :

- Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.

- Guide the development and deployment of AI/ML models and intelligent automation capabilities.

- Drive innovation in Generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics, and customer experience technologies.

- Ensure scalability and responsible AI implementation practices.

Team Leadership & Culture :

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering and technology teams.

- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Hire and develop top engineering talent across backend, frontend, DevOps, QA, and AI functions.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams.

Security, Compliance & Governance :

- Ensure platform compliance with enterprise security and data privacy standards.

- Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.

- Implement governance frameworks for technology operations and scalability.

- Manage vendor relationships, infrastructure costs, and technology budgeting.

Cross-Functional & Customer Impact :

- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to understand critical customer/technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

- Represent technology to customers, prospects, and partners during enterprise deals, RFPs, and security reviews.

- Act as a key member of the leadership team driving Xebo.ai's next phase of growth across India, UAE/GCC, and North America.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field from tier-1 institute.

- 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.

- Proven experience in a CTO, VP Engineering, or senior technology leadership role.

- Experience in Series A+ funded companies in leadership role.

- Proven experience in Technology companies will be preferred.

- Strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms.

- Experience with AI/ML technologies, analytics platforms, and data-driven products.

- Entrepreneurial mindset to innovate and lead the technology and product vertical.

- Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, APIs, databases, and DevOps.

- Experience managing engineering teams in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in organizational data synthesis, journey orchestration, or analytics platforms.

- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.

- Experience with microservices architecture and scalable cloud-native systems.

- Understanding of enterprise integrations and data security frameworks.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product-led development.
