Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the overall technology strategy and engineering roadmap in alignment with business goals.

- Build scalable, secure and future-ready technology architecture.

- Drive AI-first transformation by integrating GenAI, LLMs, AI agents and intelligent automation into products and business operations.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, business productivity, revenue and operational efficiency through technology.

- Lead product engineering from ideation and prototyping to development, deployment and continuous improvement.

- Build, mentor and scale high-performing engineering teams.

- Work closely with business leadership to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

- Encourage innovation, rapid experimentation and agile product development.

What We're Looking For :

- 10+ years of experience in technology and engineering, with significant leadership exposure.

- Proven experience building and scaling technology products in startup, product-led or high-growth environments.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, product development and engineering best practices.

- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and automation.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology initiatives to business outcomes.

- Experience building and leading technology teams.

- A builder's mindset with the ability to balance strategic ownership and hands-on execution.
