About the Role :

This leadership role will be responsible for driving the company's overall technology vision, digital transformation strategy, and product innovation roadmap across platforms and consumer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and lead the overall technology strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

- Drive digital transformation initiatives across wellness platforms, applications, and customer ecosystems.

- Lead engineering, product, and technology teams to build scalable digital solutions.

- Oversee platform architecture, technology infrastructure, security, and scalability.

- Collaborate with business, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer experience and engagement.

- Build technology roadmaps for AI, analytics, automation, and consumer personalization initiatives.

- Manage external technology vendors, implementation partners, and engineering resources.

- Ensure operational excellence, innovation, and delivery efficiency across technology functions.

Candidate Profile :

- Strong technology leadership experience in consumer tech, health-tech, wellness-tech, digital platforms, or startup ecosystems.

- Proven experience leading product engineering and digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong understanding of scalable technology architecture, product management, and customer-centric platforms.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
