Chief Java Full Stack Manager - IT Project Delivery

Job Description :

This role leads the endtoend development and delivery of critical business platforms within a fastpaced financial services environment. The incumbent will provide strong technical leadership, oversee delivery governance, implement CI/CD pipelines, and manage highperforming development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java Spring Boot applications, Oracle PL/SQL databases, and Angular frontends.

- Own the delivery lifecycle, including project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles and improve quality.

- Manage and mentor a crossfunctional team of developers, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists.

- Collaborate with product owners and business units to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

- Ensure cloud workloads are efficiently architected and operated on Oracle Cloud or AWS platforms.

Required Skills :

- Deep expertise in Java Spring Boot, Oracle PL/SQL, Angular, and cloud services (Oracle Cloud or AWS).

- Proven track record of leading enterprise application development and largescale digital transformation projects.

- Strong technical leadership combined with handson project management and delivery governance experience.

- Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Ability to mentor and build highperforming technical teams in a fastchanging environment.
