About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Telephony Engineer to design, build, and troubleshoot voice solutions leveraging Twilio Programmable Voice and WebRTC. You will be responsible for creating robust telephony flows, ensuring high-quality voice experiences, and resolving issues related to call quality, latency, and jitter.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement telephony flows using Twilio Programmable Voice and WebRTC

- Troubleshoot and optimize call quality, latency, jitter, and related voice issues

- Work with SIP and related telephony protocols for integrations

- (Optional) Leverage Azure Communication Services for advanced communication use cases

Requirements :

- 2 - 4 years of experience in telephony/VoIP engineering

- Strong expertise in Twilio Programmable Voice and SIP

- Familiarity with WebRTC, STUN/TURN protocols

- Hands-on experience debugging voice quality issues

- Exposure to Azure Communication Services (preferred but not mandatory)
