About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable systems, excellent knowledge of Django, Docker, and SQL databases, and hands-on experience with LangGraph or similar frameworks for AI-driven workflows. You will work closely with our product and frontend teams to design, build, and deploy reliable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Django.

- Build scalable and high-performance APIs to support web and mobile applications.

- Implement containerized solutions using Docker for development and deployment.

- Integrate and optimize SQL databases for performance and reliability.

- Work with LangGraph and related technologies to implement intelligent automation or AI-driven workflows.

- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.

- Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.

- Ensure security and data protection best practices in backend development.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration tools.

- Solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

- Experience with LangGraph or similar graph-based or AI workflow systems.

- Familiarity with RESTful API design and best practices.

- Good understanding of system scalability, caching, and performance tuning.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Experience with Celery, Redis, or RabbitMQ.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

- Exposure to AI/ML integrations or workflow automation tools.
