Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can analyze complex datasets, generate meaningful business insights, and effectively communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and technical skills along with excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills. The role will involve working closely with business, product, customer success, technology, and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze large datasets and generate actionable business insights.

- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS for business and leadership teams.

- Perform data analysis related to customer engagement, campaigns, chatbot performance, WhatsApp, SMS, and other digital channels.

- Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards.

- Develop business presentations and PPTs for management and client/stakeholder reviews.

- Present analytical findings, trends, KPIs, and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and understand their reporting and analytical requirements.

- Gather business requirements and convert them into meaningful reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams.

- Identify data trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

- Perform funnel, cohort, segmentation, conversion, retention, and campaign-performance analysis.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.

- Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve efficiency.

- Provide regular business and performance updates to senior management.

- Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.

Required Skills :

- 4 - 7 years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence / Product Analytics.

- Strong proficiency in SQL.

- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, or similar BI tools.

- Knowledge of Python/Pandas for data analysis and automation.

- Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong PPT creation and presentation skills.

- Ability to explain complex data and insights in a simple and business-friendly manner.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have :

- Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AI, CRM, CPaaS, or conversational AI.

- Experience working with WhatsApp, SMS, chatbot, campaign, or customer engagement data.

- Knowledge of APIs and JSON data.

- Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, MongoDB, or other databases.

- Understanding of ETL/ELT and data warehousing concepts.

- Experience working with client-facing teams or directly with enterprise clients.
