Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Architect with strong expertise in .NET Full Stack architecture, microservices, event-driven architecture, Kafka, API design, API security, React/Angular, MongoDB, and Graph Database technologies.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on architect who can design scalable enterprise applications, define microservice boundaries, build secure APIs, guide full-stack engineering teams, and drive modernization from monolithic systems to modern cloud-native and event-driven platforms.

This role requires strong backend architecture depth with good frontend exposure. The candidate should be comfortable working with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering squads, security teams, and platform/cloud teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect enterprise applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+ / .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, React or Angular.

- Lead architecture for microservices-based distributed systems, including service boundaries, ownership models, API contracts, and data ownership.

- Design event-driven architecture using Kafka or similar messaging platforms, including topics, partitions, event contracts, consumer groups, retries, and DLQ strategy.

- Define API strategy covering REST APIs, API gateways, versioning, throttling, observability, lifecycle governance, and secure API integration.

- Work on backend data architecture using SQL Server, MongoDB, Graph DB / Neo4j, caching, and enterprise integration layers.

- Drive modernization from legacy / monolithic applications to microservices, cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven architecture.

- Create and review HLD, LLD, architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, integration diagrams, deployment architecture, ADRs, and technical roadmaps.

- Design secure systems using OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SSO, RBAC, claims-based authorization, API security, secrets management, OWASP, and vulnerability remediation.

- Design resilient systems using retry, timeout, circuit breaker, saga, outbox pattern, idempotency, dead-letter queues, and eventual consistency.

- Collaborate with frontend teams on React / Angular SPA architecture, reusable components, secure API integration, state management, and performance optimization.

- Support architecture governance, technical design reviews, risk assessments, solution feasibility analysis, and production readiness.

- Mentor developers, senior engineers, and technical leads across architecture, design, performance, security, and delivery excellence.

- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, or other specialized data stores.

- Experience in enterprise modernization, cloud migration, or large-scale digital transformation programs.

- Experience with OpenTelemetry, Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, Application Insights, or CloudWatch.

- Exposure to AI/ML integration, RAG-based systems, or GenAI-assisted engineering practices.

- Cloud or architecture certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent.

- Experience in telecom, banking, healthcare, insurance, retail, or enterprise product domains.

- 12-15+ years of software engineering experience with strong background in .NET full-stack development.

- Good understanding of frontend architecture using React or Angular.

- Strong backend depth with exposure to SQL Server, MongoDB, Graph DB / Neo4j, and Kafka.

- Ability to lead technical discussions with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

- Ability to mentor developers, review technical designs, and drive architecture from concept to production.
