Job Description - Full Stack Architect (Next.js, React.js & Python) :

Position : Full Stack Architect / Technical Architect.

Experience : 8 - 12 Years.

Employment Type : Full-Time.

Technology Stack : Next.js, React.js, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Cloud (AWS/Azure).

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Architect with strong expertise in Next.js, React.js, and Python to design, architect, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience, strong system design capabilities, and the ability to lead technical architecture decisions across frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade full-stack applications.

- Lead frontend architecture using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks.

- Design scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, FastAPI, or Django.

- Define application architecture, including microservices, modular monoliths, and event-driven systems.

- Establish reusable components, coding standards, and architectural best practices.

- Design database schemas, optimize queries, and manage relational and NoSQL databases.

- Architect authentication, authorization, RBAC, and secure API integrations.

- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and system design decisions.

- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.

- Implement performance optimization, caching, monitoring, and application scalability strategies.

- Guide development teams through code reviews, technical mentoring, and solution implementation.

- Support cloud-native deployments, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and production readiness.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend suitable architectural solutions.

Required Technical Skills :

1. Frontend Technologies :

- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

- Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and React Server Components.

- Strong understanding of state management, component architecture, and frontend performance optimization.

- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI frameworks.

- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture is an advantage.

2. Backend Technologies :

- Strong hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.

- Experience designing RESTful APIs, asynchronous services, and microservices.

- Strong understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and middleware.

- Experience with background processing, task queues, and distributed systems.

3. Database & Data Layer :

- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL/caching technologies.

- Strong understanding of database modeling, indexing, and query optimization.

- Experience with ORMs such as SQLAlchemy.

4. Architecture & System Design :

- Strong knowledge of High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD).

- Experience designing scalable, distributed, multi-tenant enterprise applications.

- Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.

- Experience with API gateways, message queues, caching, and event-driven architecture.

- Ability to make architectural decisions considering performance, security, cost, and maintainability.

5. Cloud & DevOps :

- Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.

- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.

- Understanding of cloud networking, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure scalability.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience integrating Generative AI and LLM-based capabilities into enterprise applications.

- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.

- Experience with WebSockets, real-time applications, and asynchronous communication.

- Knowledge of GraphQL and API orchestration.

- Familiarity with Databricks, data platforms, or analytics-driven applications.

- Experience working with enterprise SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Leadership & Collaboration :

- Ability to lead technical teams and mentor senior developers.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience conducting architecture reviews and technical feasibility assessments.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans.

- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

- Experience supporting technical estimations, solution proposals, and delivery planning.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8 - 12+ years of software engineering experience, with significant hands-on experience in full-stack application development.

- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in technical architecture, solution design, or technical leadership.

- Proven experience architecting and delivering production-grade enterprise applications.
