We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise network security solutions with a strong focus on Netskope Security Service Edge (SSE) and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in network security architecture, cloud security, proxy management, and enterprise network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, test, and support Zero Trust security solutions using the Netskope platform.

- Architect, configure, and maintain network security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

- Design, deploy, and support Netskope SSE components, including :

1. Next-Generation Secure Web Gateway (NG SWG)

2. Netskope Private Access (NPA)

3. Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)

4. Digital Experience Management (DEM) for endpoint and network visibility.

- Gather business and technical requirements and develop scalable, secure enterprise Zero Trust architectures.

- Create, manage, and optimize proxy policies, including URL filtering, malware protection, and file control.

- Administer and maintain PAC files and related services to support application connectivity requirements.

- Maintain expertise in network security standards, authentication protocols, and emerging security technologies.

- Act as a subject matter expert for complex network access issues and lead troubleshooting efforts during critical incidents and outages.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues and stay updated on product roadmaps and new features.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, as-built diagrams, and network architecture documentation.

Education and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Strong experience in enterprise networking, network security, cloud security, and Zero Trust architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Netskope SSE solutions and associated security policies.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
