About the Role:

We are looking for an AI professional with 2 - 4 years of experience to support the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions. The role focuses on applying AI models to real-world use cases, working with technologies such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases, while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver reliable and scalable AI-powered features.

What you will do:

- Support development and deployment of Generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and vector databases

- Assist in integrating frameworks like LangChain and improving context-aware AI workflows

- Monitor and evaluate model performance, quality, bias, and reliability

- Apply prompt engineering and human-in-the-loop practices to improve outputs

- Work with data using basic statistical and machine learning techniques

- Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to deliver AI features

What we're looking for:

- Experience or academic exposure to Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning)

- Basic understanding of vector databases and prompt engineering

- Strong Python skills with exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow

- Solid foundation in machine learning, statistics, and data analysis

- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

- Internship or project experience in AI / Data Science is a plus
