About the Company :

Capline Services is expanding its captive unit in the medical billing industry, based in Noida, Sector 62. We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Full Stack Developer Lead to drive the development of scalable applications, AI-powered solutions, and intelligent automation systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end application development while guiding team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies.

- Develop robust backend services using Node.js/NestJS and responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.

- Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs with appropriate authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Architect scalable systems and make technical decisions related to application performance, maintainability, and security.

- Design database schemas and optimize queries using PostgreSQL/MySQL.

- Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude into applications to develop intelligent features and automation workflows.

- Implement AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Work with AI frameworks such as LangChain and evaluate AI solutions based on performance, cost, scalability, and limitations.

- Manage application deployment and infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Nginx.

- Establish and maintain version control practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and related tools.

- Review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience in full-stack development.

- Practical experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js/NestJS and frontend frameworks such as React.

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and scalable system design.

- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, including database schema design and query optimization.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG.

- Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude.

- Exposure to AI development frameworks such as LangChain.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and tools including Docker and Nginx.

- Strong understanding of application scalability, performance optimization, security, and maintainable code.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to build, deploy, and manage end-to-end scalable applications.

- 1 - 2 years of leadership experience, including experience guiding developers, coordinating tasks, conducting code reviews, or taking ownership of technical deliverables.

- Ability to manage priorities, handle multiple tasks, and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
