Capgemini - WiFi/WLAN Development Lead

Description :

- Develop and enhance WLAN software/firmware components for embedded systems

- Work on Wi-Fi protocol stack (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) implementation and customization

- Design and develop WLAN drivers and low-level software modules

- Implement and optimize features such as roaming, security (WPA2/WPA3), QoS, and power management

- Debug and troubleshoot issues using protocol analyzers, sniffers, and debugging tools

- Collaborate with hardware, system, and application teams for seamless integration

- Analyze performance bottlenecks and optimize throughput, latency, and reliability

- Ensure compliance with Wi-Fi certification standards and regulatory requirements

- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing activities

- Support product validation, field issues, and customer escalations

Your Profile :

- 5 to 10 years of experience in WLAN/Wi-Fi development or embedded networking

- Strong understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards and wireless networking concepts

- Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded/Linux environments

- Hands-on experience in WLAN driver development (Linux kernel or RTOS)

- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, DNS)

- Experience with debugging tools (Wireshark, protocol analyzers, logic analyzers)

- Knowledge of embedded systems and hardware interfaces (SPI, SDIO, PCIe)

- Experience with Linux networking stack and kernel development

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities
