Transformation Lead - Azure & Generative AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Lead with deep expertise in Azure Cloud Architecture and hands-on experience building and operationalizing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. This role combines enterprise architecture, program leadership, and modern AI engineering to drive large-scale digital transformation. The ideal candidate can define cloud and GenAI roadmaps, architect scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional teams through complex modernization and AI adoption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Azure Architecture & Cloud Transformation :

- Architect secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions using Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS, Event Grid/Event Hub, API Management, etc.).

- Lead application modernization and migration programs from on premise or legacy platforms to Azure.

- Apply architectural patterns such as microservices, serverless, event-driven, and domain-driven design.

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, security, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Establish governance, best practices, reference architectures, and architecture review processes.

2. Generative AI Development & Solutions Delivery :

- Architect and implement GenAI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, crewAI, and the OpenAI Agent SDK.

- Design production-grade AI solutions such as Intelligent document processing, Automated content generation, Enterprise search assistants, Multi agent and decision-support systems.

- Implement RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration techniques to build accurate and reliable AI systems.

- Integrate agentic components into enterprise applications with monitoring, observability, human-in-the-loop flows, and feedback loops.

- Partner with business, data, engineering, and product teams to drive GenAI adoption aligned to enterprise standards and value outcomes.

3. Program & Stakeholder Leadership :

- Lead large, multi-workstream transformation programs with measurable business impact.

- Manage stakeholders across business, engineering, architecture, and leadership teams.

- Support pre-sales cycles, solutioning, proposal creation, and client presentations.

- Define and deliver roadmaps for cloud modernization and GenAI capabilities.

Experience & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 12 - 16 years of experience in cloud architecture, enterprise applications, and/or AI/ML engineering.

- Strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, networking, security, and infrastructure.

- Practical experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, crewAI, OpenAI Agent SDK).

- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development; familiarity with REST, GraphQL, and APIs.

- Solid experience with LLMs, RAG workflows, prompt design, vector databases, and embeddings.

- Background in microservices, serverless architectures, and distributed systems.

- Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based ecosystems.

- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, automation, and MLOps concepts.

- Ability to translate business needs into scalable architecture and deliver measurable transformation outcomes.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills; pre-sales experience preferred.
