Capgemini - Technical Lead - Generative AI

Job Description :

- 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead role.

- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to mentor developers, and drive technical decision-making.

- Proficiency in Generative AI (Azure OpenAI, DocAI GPT, LLMs) and integrating AI models into enterprise applications.

- Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and event-driven architectures.

Nice to have :

- Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, PaaS, Serverless, etc.)

- Proficiency in OCR technologies (Azure Cognitive Services, Tesseract, Abbyy, etc.) for document processing

- Experience in ERP (SAP / Oracle) integration using APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware solutions

Key Requirements :

- Lead the technical delivery of an Azure-based application ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles

- Conduct Product vs. Client Expectations - Gap Analysis to identify discrepancies between the developed solution and client needs, ensuring continuous alignment and feature enhancements

- Collaborate closely with the development team to address and resolve technical challenges related to the product

- Provide technical guidance to developers and collaborate with DevOps engineers and business stakeholders to align the technology with business goals

- Strong hands on experience on Python knowledge

- Should have knowledge on Private and Public cloud, infra provisioning

- Should be hands on technically, should be able to assist with triaging the issues in function apps and logic apps
