Role & responsibilities :
- Design and build conversational experiences using Dialogflow ES & CX, CCAI Platform, Agent Assist, Virtual Agents, Knowledge AI
- Design and Build intent models, flows, parameters, session management, contexts.
- Implement customer journeys for voice & chat channels.
- Experience with GenAI-based conversational agents (Vertex AI)
- Build microservices/APIs using Python (FastAPI/Flask) and Node.js (Express/NestJS).
- Integrate Dialogflow flows with backend systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, databases).
- Develop event-driven components using Pub/Sub, EventArc, Cloud Functions.
- Experienced in Integrating telephony / Omni-channel Integrations such as Genesys Cloud, Avaya, Nice CXone, UJET / Contact Center as a Service platforms
- Deploying cloud services using Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Firestore / Datastore
- Build IaC automation with Terraform
- Build CI/CD pipelines (Cloud Build / GitHub Actions).
- Implement logging & monitoring using Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging.

1. Professional Cloud Developer
2. Professional Cloud Architect
3. Contact Center AI Engineer (if available)
Education :
- UG : B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Computer Science and Business System
