Role : AI Solution Architect or AI Solution Lead

Required Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in IT industry

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI/GenAI projects

- Proven ability to architect and defend solutions from an enterprise perspective

Key Responsibilities :

- Define AI Solution Architecture : Design end-to-end AI systems covering data pipelines, model lifecycle, APIs, and integration layers

- Lead Scalable System Design : Architect cloud-native AI solutions using microservices, containers, and distributed computing

- Enterprise Integration : Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms)

- MLOps & Deployment Strategy : Establish CI/CD frameworks, model versioning, monitoring, and automated deployment pipelines

- Data Architecture Alignment : Collaborate with data teams on data ingestion, storage, and processing optimized for AI workloads

- Technology Selection & Standards : Define and standardize tools, frameworks, and platforms for consistency and scalability

- Performance & Reliability Engineering : Ensure solutions meet SLAs for latency, throughput, availability, and cost efficiency

- Security & Responsible AI : Embed security, privacy, governance, and ethical AI principles into architecture

- Cross-functional Leadership : Guide data scientists, engineers, and architects toward shared architectural vision

- Solution Evangelization : Translate business requirements into technical architectures and present to leadership

Primary Skills :

- Expert-level understanding of AI/ML architectures and frameworks

- Advanced cloud architecture knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Strong systems design and scalability expertise

- Deep understanding of data pipelines and data engineering

- Knowledge of MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
