Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Engineer with 79 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in React, Java Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, AWS Cloud, and DevOps practices. This role requires hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, including frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure management, CI/CD implementation, security, and production support within a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.

- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with modern frontend technologies and ensure optimal performance across devices.

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.

- Implement robust state management solutions and reusable frontend components to support enterprise-grade applications.

- Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query tuning, JSONB implementation, and database migration management using Flyway.

- Develop interactive dashboards and analytical visualizations using modern data visualization frameworks.

- Implement immutable data architectures, version-controlled records, point-in-time snapshots, and audit-compliant data management practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, QA, Security, and Operations to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS.

- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform.

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, security scanning, and deployment processes.

- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability and availability.

- Implement security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, vulnerability management, and infrastructure hardening.

- Support multiple environments including development, testing, staging, and production while ensuring compliance with organizational governance standards.

- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 7 - 9 years of experience in Full Stack Application Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, Hooks, and modern frontend development practices.

- Extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.

- Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.

- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, JSONB, and database migration tools.

- Experience developing enterprise-grade data visualization and reporting solutions.

- Solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and clean coding principles.

- Experience implementing immutable data models and audit-compliant data storage architectures.

- Strong knowledge of Git-based source control, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review processes.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks including JUnit, Testcontainers, and frontend testing frameworks.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Experience with Amazon EKS for Kubernetes cluster management and application deployment.

- Strong knowledge of Amazon RDS PostgreSQL administration, backup, recovery, and performance optimization.

- Experience with Amazon S3 for secure data and document storage.

- Hands-on experience with Application Load Balancers, API Gateway, Cognito, WAF, CloudWatch, SQS, EventBridge, and Secrets Manager.

- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.

- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

- Strong understanding of containerization technologies including Docker and Amazon ECR.

- Experience with monitoring, observability, logging, and alerting solutions.

- Knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM policies, network security, encryption, and compliance controls.
