Main Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and document automation and engineering tasks for SharePoint Online and OneDrive projects.

- Create and implement solutions to meet regulatory requirements, including records management and eDiscovery.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to discuss project goals, requirements, and timelines.

- Work closely with architects and the engineering team to produce technical documentation and obtain security and design approvals.

- Transition engineering solutions to the operations team by providing knowledge transfer sessions, operational guides, and support for escalated user issues.

- Maintain and update the project RAID log to track risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.

- Contribute to the M365 roadmap, participate in private previews, and coordinate with Microsoft for support tickets.

- Manage major incidents, communicate effectively with stakeholders and operations during downtime, assist with resolution, and conduct root cause analysis.

- Support the Bank's strategies, plans, and values by aligning your work with organizational priorities and maintaining a clear understanding of business objectives.

- Exhibit a strong commitment to the Bank's values and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

Key Skills and Expertise :

Core SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Skills (Primary) :

- Expertise in SharePoint Online architecture, including sites, hubs, lists, libraries, content types, and metadata management.

- Site provisioning and customization.

- SharePoint permissions, governance, and security best practices.

- Integration with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups.

- Modern SharePoint pages, web parts, and site design.

APIs & Integration (Primary) :

- Proficient with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint REST API.

- Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID authentication and OAuth protocols.

- Building secure API calls in SPFx solutions.

- Consuming external REST APIs.

Azure Services (Cloud Skills) (Primary) :

- Azure Functions for serverless backends in SharePoint solutions.

- Azure Logic Apps for workflow automation.

- Azure Storage (Blobs, Queues, Tables) management.

- App registrations and permissions in Azure.

SharePoint Framework (SPFx) (Secondary) :

- Development of SPFx web parts, extensions, and Teams-integrated solutions.

- Skills in React (preferred), JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Familiarity with Node.js development workflows.

- Experience using Gulp and Webpack build tools.

- Utilizing PnP JS and Graph client libraries.

Microsoft Power Platform (Secondary) :

- Power Apps: Custom forms and canvas apps using SharePoint as a data source.

- Power Automate: Flows for approvals, automation, and integrations.

- Power BI: Embedding visual analytics in SharePoint pages.

- Utilization of Power Fx formula logic.
