Camunda BPM Developer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement business process solutions using Camunda BPM (v7).

- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and BPMN workflows.

- Hands-on development and debugging of BPM processes, including :

1. Asynchronous tasks

2. User tasks

3. Event listeners

4. Service integrations (REST APIs)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable and robust BPM applications.

- Guide junior developers and ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to standards.

- Support deployment and monitoring of processes, using tools like Business Central and API-based integrations.

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

- Provide input on architectural decisions and best practices in BPM development.

Must-Have Skills :

- Camunda BPM v7 (4+ years)

- Java (Core & Spring Boot)

- Angular (2+ years of front-end development)

- Strong experience in BPMN, DMN, and workflow orchestration

- Good understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

Good to Have / Optional Skills :

- Exposure to Camunda v8

- Node.js

- Docker, GitHub Actions

- Experience with Cloud deployments and configurations (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Experience with Agile / SAFe methodologies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams
