Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - Python, Devops & Agentic AI to lead the development of AI-powered applications and multi-agent systems. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise along with the ability to mentor, guide, and support the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of Python-based AI and backend applications.

- Design and build Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using LLMs, LangGraph, MCP, and related frameworks.

- Develop agent workflows involving tool calling, orchestration, memory, APIs, and external systems.

- Drive technical design, code reviews, coding standards, testing, and engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and provide technical direction to the team.

- Work with DevOps teams on Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, and production support.

- Mentor developers, conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions, and help team members improve their technical skills.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, Analytics, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Participate in estimation, sprint planning, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.

Qualifications / Skills & Competencies :

- 6 - 10 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Python.

- Practical experience building Agentic AI / LLM-based applications.

- Strong experience with LangGraph and MCP.

- Experience designing multi-agent architectures and agent orchestration.

- Good understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, RAG, and AI workflows.

- Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, and databases such as PostgreSQL.

- Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and cloud environments.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to have :

- Experience with LangChain, Langfuse/LangSmith, vector databases, and AI evaluation.

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with enterprise SaaS or analytics applications.

- Knowledge of application security, authentication, and authorization.
